Good service, but I was pretty disappointed at one thing. I really did think we would’ve received a brother to brother bag with the order. As my order was a present for someone and I wanted to give it in the bag which we would’ve normally received if we was in store. All in all it did get delivered in time. Everything was in good condition.

Wrong size of ordered goods delivered and they weren't in pristine new condition on trrival. To their credit they responded promptly to the the problem though and arranged next day pickup. That element of the service would therefore have to be graded a 5. Just let down by poor picking and quality checking prior to sending goods out.

Don’t order off this site and ship orders to the US. Overall, customer service is stellar. First the website displayed the wrong shoe sizing. Then I placed a second order and it never arrived. Totally wasted time = 30+ days. Don’t buy from Brother2Brother even if the discount is steep. It’s not worth the logistical aggravation. You’ve been warned.Updated 2.5.2021: To reiterate, customer service is great. No complaints whatsoever. Prompt responses in less than a one business day turnaround. Note that I've placed an order with another company shipping from Japan who also leveraged FedEx to test the issue with 'customs'. I had to wait >3 weeks for Brother2Brother to resend customs paperwork when it should've been done correctly the first time. Note this second vendor from Japan was able to have it's packages delivered within the designated 3 days window for International Priority service by FedEx without issues. I will affirm, I've had to do most of the legwork on an order that should've been delivered within 3-4 days time. Not the greatest experience. Still one star.
